Where your data lives

Projects are stored locally in the browser by default. No account, analytics, advertising, telemetry, or silent upload is included.

Backups

Use project and library backup tools before clearing browser data or changing devices. Backup packages are not encrypted, so store them only where you trust.

Rights boundary

Diorama Loom records user-provided rights notes and can block a public-ready claim when information is unresolved. It does not make legal judgments, publish files, or grant rights to imported material.

When contacting support

Include the edition, browser, device type, what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, private project files, or recovery codes.
